What You Need
200g loaf ciabatta, cut into thick slices
60g butter, melted
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
500g skinless chicken breast fillets
100g cos lettuce
1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocados, sliced
1/3 cup KRAFT* Caesar Dressing
How To Make It!
Brush ciabatta slices with combined butter and garlic, then brush chicken fillets with remaining garlic butter.
Heat a non-stick grill pan or BBQ over medium heat and cook chicken 4-5 minutes each side until cooked. Remove, cover and allow to rest.
Place ciabatta on a baking tray and cook under a preheated grill for 2 minutes each side or until golden.
Cut chicken into thick slices, break bread into smaller pieces then arrange on a serving platter along with lettuce, tomatoes and avocado. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
