What You Need
500g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup caster sugar
3 x 55g egg yolks
1 cup cream
1 1/2 cups boiling water
3/4 cup Marsala
1 tablespoon instant coffee
250g packet sponge finger biscuits
Flaked chocolate, to serve
Mixed berries, to serve
How To Make It!
Beat Philly and sugar using an electric mixer until smooth. Add the egg yolks and cream and beat until well combined.
Combine water, Marsala and coffee in a shallow dish; allow to cool slightly. Dip half the biscuits into the mixture then arrange in a single layer in a rectangle serving dish. Spread over half the Philly mixture then repeat with remaining biscuits and Philly mixture. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
Cut into 8 slices and serve topped with flaked chocolate and berries.
